Vampires: Real or myth?
For as long as humanity has been on this planet there have been tales of creatures who either drink the blood of the living, or drain the life-force of another to sustain themselves. Today, the vampire, or vampyre, is thought of quite differently than they were hundreds of years ago. Instead of being feared, many folks emulate the Hollywood version of a vampire…such as those made famous in books by author Anne Rice. These people long for the power and above all, immortality, that these creatures are said to possess. But, is there any real evidence for the existence of such a creature? Some say yes.
