Despite the fact NASA scientists and engineers publicly announced the discovery of alien cities on the moon in a press conference in 1996, the official government policy continues to ignore this expert information and denies the reports. However, Specialist for lunar studies Richard Hoagland states how many of the Lunar and Mars pictures show obvious tampering before being released to the public.

The excuse for this denial, “We were not ready for it psychologically”. At least the Russians will talk about it.
